4HG is the brainchild of Super Bowl Champion and Walter Payton NFL Man of the Year, Matt Birk.  Matt is a graduate of Nativity of Our Lord Catholic School in St. Paul. During his 15-year career in the NFL, he played for the Minnesota Vikings and Baltimore Ravens and won Super Bowl XLVII. Matt developed 4HG as an athletics program to reclaim youth sports for Christ.
